Warehouse Manager

  • Supervise the activities of workers engaged in storing, and receiving products or materials
  • Document standard operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing and receiving products or materials
  • Examine products or materials to estimate quantities or weight and type of container required for storage. Arrange for storage facilities when required
  • Work closely with Assembly Manager and other department heads in order to meet production demands.
  • Schedules daily assembly work and line changeovers to ensure production demands
  • Determines material requirements to prepare the production schedule
  • Tracks and monitors exceptions and critical path items that may affect schedule
