Job Description


As a valued contributor to our team, you will assist the team in supporting rollout activities for various Fannie Mae products.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Product Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Gather information about new or existing products.
  • Assist in the assessment of current state of product to discover additional needs.
  • Carry out assigned tasks related to reviewing the design, evaluation, impact, and rollout of new features and products.
  • Assist the team and coordinate activities that allow the support of multiple internal clients.
  • Support the team on projects regarding product strategy and customer outreach.

Required Experiences

  • Experience managing projects requiring collaboration and coordination with team and/or stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and oral.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organization skills, ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks, and documenting results.

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of go to market activities and preparing customers for adoption of new product enhancements
  • Ability to create and present training materials such as job aids, user guides, webinars
  • Ability to partner with customers to understand process and requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae's business and process
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions

  • Skilled in Excel
  • Skilled in Microsoft Teams
  • Experience using SharePoint
