Full-Time: 40 hours per week: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Location: Santa Fe, NM

Communication: Effective communication in Spanish & English required

Preferred Experience: Customer service and multi-tasking

Duties include: Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate person. As call volumes allow, process member requests with accuracy.

Strong PC (technology), compliance, written and verbal communication skills.

Look for ways we can financial empower those we serve.

Effectively listen and build rapport with members.

Open and distribute mail to appropriate staff, assist in credit union outgoing mailings.

Maintain assigned records, files, and reports as well as assigned administrative responsibilities.

Support overflow needs both within and outside the department as time allows.

Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Starting Pay: $15 hourly
