Gregg Young Auto Center is searching for an Automotive Sales Manager to join their team!

  • Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufactures
  • Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
  • Proficiency with inventory management
  • Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels
  • Work with the service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable
  • Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals
