Sales Representative Entry Level

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Work out of our District Office while you build your book of business to keep your overhead low. We will provide sales leads to make sure you get off to a fast start. We provide one of the BEST sales training programs that will show you how to originate sales.

You will be a business owner from day one, have flexible hours, and receive unlimited training and support at our District Office. From day one, everything you sell, you own.

Job Requirements

As a Farmers Insurance Agent, you must have strong organizational and time-management skills as well as exceptional interpersonal communication abilities. We are seeking individuals from any background who are willing to work hard and commit themselves to the success of this business opportunity; however, experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service is greatly beneficial.

Additional requirements of the Farmers Insurance Agent include:

  • Good credit history – no chapter 7,11 or 13 bankruptcies within the last 12 months.
  • Favorable criminal record
  • Favorable driving record


  • Develop insurance quotes, advise clients.
  • Meet new business growth goals and objectives as established.
  • Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
  • Grow client base by utilizing phone, email, potential client list & existing client referrals.
  • Manage and inspire staff (qualify to become a mentor & receive additional bonuses)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
