Job Title:

Bartenders, Oyster shucker, bussers, bar backs, servers, hostesses, cooks, dishwashers, expo and prep positions

We are hiring for all Front of the house and Back of the house positions

We are looking for experience but willing to train the right candidates

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes customers, greeting and listening to people to determine needs and preferences, making recommendations, and offering the best customer service during each task.
  • Compliance with all company and local requirements.
  • Knowledge of menu and all customer service guidelines
  • Maintain speed, accuracy and attention to detail for each role
  • Works alongside of every team member to bring cohesive workflow throughout FOH and BOH
  • Ensures quality of food, service and sales
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Maintains a great attitude
  • Working daily as a team to keep cleanliness and stock in every department to the highest level of excellence

Qualifications and Skills:

*Prior experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment
*Stress management/composure
*Proven time management skills

  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Restaurant management: 1 year (Preferred)
