Recovery Specialist / CD Tech - Sign-on bonus!

Meridian Behavioral Health LLC is a leader in behavioral healthcare and chemical dependency services. New Beginnings is a residential treatment facility with two nearby locations. One serving an adult male population, the other an adult female population. The Recovery Specialist is a key role at any residential facility and helps to maintain structure for our patients. This is an entry level position whose most significant requirement is that you have compassion for our patients. Whether you’re a server wanting to get out of the industry or a seasoned healthcare worker interested in working with a different patient population, we find this position is extremely rewarding and a good stepping stone for a career in mental health and/or addiction recovery.

Location: New Beginnings - Waverly, MN
Pay: $15.00 per hour or more DOE + up to $1.50 shift differential (varies by shift)

Eligible for Sign On Bonus of $500

Full-time and Part-time Shifts Available:

  • 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (part-time every other weekend)
  • 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (full and part-time with every other weekend)
  • 3rd shift: 9:30pm - 7:30am (full and part-time with every other weekend)
  • On call positions available as well

***all full-time positions will require every other weekend commitment

How Our Staff Describes the Job:

Job Requirements:

  • That you have a valid driver’s license.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Be at least one (1) year free from chemical abuse problems.
