The Position:
We are looking for people who know the solar business and have an entrepreneurial mindset. People who are competitive and self-motivated. You will recruit and build your team to cover the assigned area. New managers typically earn between $350,000 and $750,000 in their first year. Our seasoned managers can expect to earn $750,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Help people save money by owning their power instead of renting it from utility companies.
  • Recruit and train new reps.
  • Generate and set appointments from referrals, hybrid door to door, social media marketing
  • Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices
  • Become an expert who understands how the utility rate plans work and how to best save families money with clean energy
  • Must adhere to our high ethical standards of service to our customers, our community, and each other
