Travel Painters, Preppers, Sprayers

LUCIA, LLC is seeking highly motivated painters, preppers, and stainers to join our expanding team throughout various jobsites in the United States

LUCIA, LLC is headquartered in Boise, ID. Our team performs a variety of finish work services such as painting, staining, drywall, cabinetry and trim installation, and janitorial services. We are a nationwide travel company, with jobs in multiple states such as Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Michigan, Florida, and more.

We have temporary full-time openings available for painters and preppers for new construction commercial projects on multiple jobsites throughout various states. Our projects typically range from 3-6 months, 8 - 10 hour days, 5 - 6 days a week. Sometimes jobs will require work on Sundays as well.

Our pay period is bi-weekly (every 2 weeks). Phone interviews will be conducted and wage will be discussed during the phone interview. Wage is dependent upon your experience and qualifications and will be further evaluated by your job performance throughout the first week.

Due to the nature of our work, we have multiple travel crews established. We are always looking for additional employees who are interested in traveling to different states to work on similar jobs. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to be a part of our travel crews to work on projects in a variety of states. The locations of the projects vary and the mobilization timeframe is short, meaning we sometimes need to send crews overnight. Accommodations at Extended-Stay hotels are provided along with airfare to the jobsite. We cover all mobilization expenses including airfare and baggage, buses, trains, or gas expenses. Employees are responsible for demobilization expenses, meaning any expense required to go home after job completion. Typically, a rotation schedule is available for crew to return home for a few days.

As of right now, we are simply compiling candidates who are interested in a travel painting position. Hiring will begin as more jobs begin to open up.
