Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,900 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. We serve and help individuals and families in many aspects of their lives, helping them buy homes, open first bank and savings accounts, buy cars to get to and from work or school, and start or grow small businesses. Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms (CDEP) works across the CSBB, Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management lines of business to develop coordinated strategies for growth in each of Wells Fargo’s customer segments. The team is responsible for designing seamless, engaging customer experiences across products and channels, and building the next-generation digital, data and analytics, and functional capabilities required to deliver toward these objectives.

The Consumer Data Products (CPD) organization is looking for a strong Intake and Portfolio Management Leader to participate in the build out of a new delivery team responsible for the operations of the Data Products function and driving the execution of work related to the Consumer Data Product's utilities. This role will partner to build and launch processes to intake, prioritize, and deliver upon new work requests, as well as ensure that the appropriate change support is in place and executed upon. The Program leader will execute the programs in partnership with other leaders across the CPD organization, ensuring the changes, output, and implementation of new capabilities in the Consumer Analytics Platform and other products that drive business value and deliver insights that lead to improved services and products for consumers.

The Leader will:

  • Strategize and collaborate to build processes and functions for end to end delivery of new work leveraging Agile framework
  • Coordinate matrixed team of Product Managers/Owners, Delivery leads, and/or Relationship leads to ensure delivery of products on-time and accurate to requirements of business partners
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and function & process efficiencies within CDP
  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

This leader may be assigned other program leadership or workstream responsibilities as appropriate.

Salary range is determined by location of the job.

The salary range below is based on a full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NY-New York: Min: $141,100 Mid: $201,600 Max: $262,100
TX-Irving: Min: $117,600 Mid: $168,000 Max: $218,400
TX-Dallas: Min: $117,600 Mid: $168,000 Max: $218,400
NC-Charlotte: Min: $117,600 Mid: $168,000 Max: $218,400
MO-Saint Louis: Min: $117,600 Mid: $168,000 Max: $218,400
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $117,600 Mid: $168,000 Max: $218,400
IA- West Des Moines:  Min: $117,600 Mid: $168,000 Max: $218,400

Maybe considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentives.



Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of strategic planning experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
  • Experience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: business process, program management, initiative delivery
  • 6+ years of program or delivery management experience
  • Experience delivering upon business value by managing and prioritizing new work and developing strategies to efficiently deliver value to users
  • Proven experience building and fostering relationships and gaining trust
  • Proven track record in managing change and building new or changed organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, effective, collaborative partnerships, creating alliances among diverse stakeholders, with the ability to effectively influence; experience managing key stakeholders effectively by frequently soliciting input and sharing feedback, as appropriate
  • Effectiveness in driving successful execution of plans; ability to plan, and prioritize according to multiple value streams (business outcome, speed to market, enterprise impact, customer impact)
  • Must be a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter who values personal accountability and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
