Help Desk Technician

Online Transport is seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Technician who is looking for an opportunity for growth! We are looking for someone to provide end-user support in a timely manner. This will include software and hardware troubleshooting with other IT Staff members and software vendors. You will be responsible in assisting with new user setup, including hardware setup for the users. Must be comfortable with walking end-users through simple and complex computer tasks.


  • Provide technical support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Create documentation for new software or procedures.
  • Monitor VMware server environment.
  • Track and manage equipment inventory.
  • Install operating systems and software on machines for new users.
  • Maintain user and computer organization in Active Directory.
  • Learn back end of software programs to help end-users with request
  • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Must have basic understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Active Directory experience
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
