Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Remi Vista, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time administrative assistant for our front desk. The administrative assistant’s duties and skills include the following:

  • Reliably and punctually open/close office, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Interact and correspond with clients, visitors, employees, and other agencies in a professional manner
  • Answer phones, manage incoming and outgoing mail, make copies, send faxes, data-entry, filing, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information according to organizational standards
  • Make arrangements for company trainings and gatherings
  • Schedule equipment and office maintenance, ordering office supplies
  • Use of Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, and electronic health record system
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Work well under pressure, great multi-tasking skills
  • Follows instructions well, takes initiative, is positive and supportive, well organized

Must have valid CA driver license, car insurance, pass physical/TB/drug screen, background check.

The position is full-time and benefited, 40 hours per week, holidays off, vacation and sick accrual, 401k match.
