Alvarez is seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a Leesburg, VA office location. Duties will include supporting the daily office needs and employees as well as overseeing the general office environment.


  • Greet all employees and guests in a courteous, friendly, helpful and professional manner.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Order supplies, maintain record management systems, and organize meetings as needed.
  • Manage external requests and retrieve messages on behalf of the team, providing effective communication to all parties as appropriate.
  • Assist with other clerical duties as required by the team.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects depending on the needs of the office.
  • Work closely and effectively with the team leads to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as necessary.

Applicant must have proficiency with both Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
