Jr Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

This is a full or part-time starting position at our agency in uptown Phoenix. This Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of creative design projects for a growing list of well-known brands in Arizona. The ideal candidate for this position will posses a variety of creative skills along with excellent written / verbal communication skills. In addition, candidate should have excellent follow through, organization, attention to detail, creative resourcefulness, and be able to work within deadlines.

Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of client creative. This individual will work to continuously improve knowledge and understanding of each client’s individual brand and their respective categories, to provide further creative insights to assist with greater campaign performance.

Required Skills & Knowledge: * Design experience in multimedia including Print, Digital, Email and Web

  • Proficient in the latest Adobe Creative suite with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Adhere to Brand guidelines while pushing through new ideas based on design principles and past experiences
  • Must have proficient time and project management skills.
  • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter with high standards of performance and expectations for themselves and their team.
  • Must have the ability to work in a deadline driven environment, be extremely well organized and possess a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Experience in Advertising / Marketing is required
  • Degree in Creative Design, Marketing, or related job experience
  • Proficient with Mac and Microsoft Office products.
  • Copy writing experience is a Plus!
  • Social Media management experience is also a Plus!
  • Think creatively
