Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic, a MANA clinic

This position acts as a liaison between hospitals, physicians, patients, and other referral sources and reviews incoming referrals for completeness while following up for additional information if necessary. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the patient referral process in our Pulmonary/Sleep Department. Establishing and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources. Responding to patient and referring offices requests in a timely manner.


  • Coordinate all daily referral operations
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources
  • Responds to patients or referring offices with updates in a timely manner
  • Has positive working relationship with clinic nurses and reception


  • MANA requires evidence of COVID-19 vaccination for all staff; religious and medical exemptions will be granted in accordance with applicable state and federal law
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years related experience and/or training preferred but not required
