Bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Executive for ICT

The Business Development Executive for ICT should have previous tactical and strategic experience to get new Enterprise accounts and provide value to existing customers. Business Development Executive for ICT must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under strict deadlines. They should be able to multitask in a variety of sales projects and be able to close the sales. They must perform well in a team setting, but also work effectively on their own to achieve all company objectives.

Business Development Executive for ICT Tasks are:

  • Provide quotes of product and service prices, and negotiate sales with customers.
  • Open and maintain customer sales accounts and keep records of customer transactions.
  • Determine the ICT needs of new and existing customers and sell products or services, which address these needs.
  • Identify and follow up on opportunities for new sales.
  • Achieving sales goals in a quarterly-by-quarterly basis.
  • Get ICT Sales Certifications.

The conditions, which relate to this appointment, are as follows:

Position:

Business Development Executive for ICT.

Reporting to:

Commercial and Marketing Manager.

Salary: FULL COMMISSIONS.

Estimated Per Month Sales Commissions: $20,833.33 (10% new sales, 5% recurring sales).

Bonus: $5,500.00 (quarterly) after 100% of goals completed.

Profit Sharing: $6,560.00 (year) after 100% of year goals completed.

Net Annual Estimated: $90,060.00 - $300,000.00

Sales Goals:

$2,500,000.00 per year.

$625,000.00 per quarter.

$208,333.33 per month.

During the period of your employment, you will be expected to carry out work consistent with your position, or such other positions or duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.

You will be expected to faithfully server the Company in a conscientious and professional manner and to use your best endeavors to promote its interest and welfare.
