At KidPass, we are modernizing how parents discover and book amazing kids activities through a monthly membership subscription. KidPass gives parents instant booking access to thousands of amazing kids activities across 350+ partner businesses around New York City. Since our launch in January, KidPass has rapidly grown to become the largest kids activity network in New York City, delivering thousands of bookings each week to our network of amazing partner businesses. Our team is comprised of folks with extensive experience building successful businesses and are backed by investors from some of the top tech companies including ClassPass, ZocDoc, Warby Parker, Gilt Groupe, BusinessInsider, Zola, WeddingWire, Betterment, Artsy, Blackboard, Google, and Facebook.

As an Account Manager at KidPass, you'll be the driving force in helping our partners maximize their success. Account Managers are responsible for on-boarding and building relationships with our network of leading kids activity providers. You'll wear many different hats from setting up partners, to regularly updating their profiles/schedules, and training them on new features (in-person and over-the-phone).

- Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and great organization skills.
- Exceptional customer-service skills to ensure partners have a great experience and are receiving the best service possible.
- Experience with sales and/or customer service is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
