Billing - Process Improvement Analyst

The Billing - Process Improvement Analyst will receive a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. As a Billing - Process Improvement Analyst, you will act as a resource for the firm with regards to global billing processes, procedures, and policies in addition to providing billing operations overflow support to the local Practice offices. He or she is kept abreast of current procedures and collaborates with the management team to ensure all measures are taken to train and develop staff regarding new procedures.

The Analyst acts as a resource to assist with proof of concept and quality assurance testing of new procedures and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements -

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Seven (7) years of increasingly complex accounting and billing experience is desired, with five (5) years of experience managing billing operations, preferably at a law firm desired. Strong knowledge of Elite or 3E Billing System, an understanding of accounts receivable life cycle from production to collection and the ability to perform mathematical functions such as calculating ratios is desired.

The Analyst should have excellent leadership skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
