The Business Development Manager will be responsible for maximizing existing business as well as winning new business by following up team leads, old accounts, meeting clients and selling Oscar’s services to win RFP's, MSA's, etc.

You should be engaging and interactive with the ability to build rapport and earn trust with key contacts. Ultimately making sure our internal teams deliver the right people for the clients needs.

The successful Business Development Manager will have the backing of an internal delivery team, as well as experienced Consultants to help with delivery and lead generation.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
