As a Business Development Staffing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating a steady stream of client leads and qualified candidates for open positions. Your success is based entirely on your ability to build personal relationships over the phone and business to business; and the confidence to implement and consistently practice Hibrid Staffing's techniques and processes for sales, recruiting and customer service.

Primary responsibilities include: * ; Cold calling potential candidates and client

Business Development outside; Building relationships with business owners and hiring managers in the market; Consistently delivering high levels of customer service to our clients

Requirements: * ; Sales must be in your DNA -- you must be competitive; the specific industry of your experience is not critical, as long as you know how to negotiate, work various leads at one time and close deals; 1 year (min) of working experience preferably in sales in a professional office; Excellent computer and typing skills (50 + WPM) * ; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Superb customer focus, attention to detail and time management / organizational skills; Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment;

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; Belief in yourself as the type of person who can ethically influence someone to do something. This could be anything from direct sales experience, to promoting a particular cause.

Small Salary to start of 26k plus commission first 90 days
