Sales Representative

Here's you :

  • A natural networker, you manage your relationships effectively.
  • Ability to prospect, and qualify and close leads (higher commission) or take pre-qualified leads and close deals.
  • Experience using CRMs, including customer management, automating tasks, and weekly reporting. We use Base.
  • Existing connections in the live event, concert and festival space is desired but not required.

Here's what you'll do :

  • Sell the TIXI event ticketing platform to venues, promoters, managers and event organizers.
  • Qualify prospects and manage your pipeline.
  • ROI analysis on why to buy and why to buy now.
  • Develop your own leads for a higher commission, or work off of our Marketing team's qualified leads.
  • Create and be responsible for your quotas and goals.
  • Use your experience in sales and process management.
  • Coordinate with the Product team to set up accounts, schedule customer training; Product will handle setup and training.
  • Keep accurate and current information in our CRM; weekly debrief call.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor offerings and features.


  • There is no commission cap.
  • Earn 3x the commission per ticket sold in the first month by finding and taking prospects from start to close.
  • You get recurring income from your sales for 2 years.

This position starts off with a 90-day commission-only trial period. When you successfully reach your goals, a base salary will be added on the 91st day, as well as other perks. Positions are available for both entry-level and seasoned sales professionals.
