Position: Store Manager (Single Store)
Department: Retail - Field
Reports To: District Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Standard Work Hours: 40hrs / week
Supervisory Responsibilities: Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older; responsible for safety and security issues and responsibilities associated with company assets.

Narrative: This position will manage the overall operation of the store to ensure that assigned store productivity and individual sales goals are met or exceeded and customer service, clientele and preferred customer programs are adhered to by all staff members. Ensure that merchandising objectives, operating standards and controllable expenses are maintained. Develop, execute and manage store sales plans, programs, and manage and develop store staff to achieve sales, profitability and development objectives.
