Sales/Business Development

Locally family owned mitigation and restoration company currently seeking an outstanding Business Development Associate to join our company! If you have experienced in sales, highly motivated, looking for the opportunity to make your mark and financial growth (base & commission), this will be the opportunity for you!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans to penetrate the ever expanding restoration industry
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve defined sales goals
  • Proactively contact current, and potential clients with the aim of maximizing sales potential
  • Develop positive relationships with new and existing clients through professional, enthusiastic and friendly interaction
  • Develop a new client base through active prospecting


  • Experience handling warm leads and prospecting for new leads
  • Experience in the insurance, restoration, or property management industry a plus
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office products
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Great organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Able to work well without supervision, as well as within a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Salary: Base and commission schedule (no cap). Room for growth for the right candidate
