Being a Field Sales Representative for NJOY means representing NJOY in the responsible sales of its full portfolio of products and programs to qualified retail outlets. Field Sales Representatives drive the expansion of NJOY's mission through the execution of strategic business plans to expand NJOY's market share.

Field Sales Representatives will be provided exceptional training, including mission- centered selling and coaching support , to set you up for successful achievement of targeted sales objectives. Field Sales Representatives are expected to spend the majority of their time working in the field and the position involves extensive travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
Achieve responsible sales and growth objectives within assigned leads in support of company and departmental goals.
Demonstrate mastery in selling products and collecting requisite compliance information for onboarding completion.
C ollaborate with the sales team on customer and sales planning and improving responsible market-share growth.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team
Established ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships
Effective influencing, sales, negotiation and promoting skills
Thoughtful about the mission-oriented nature of this role
Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with retail customers in person
Highly organized
Comfortable working quickly with technology, including apps
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
Valid U.S. driver's license and safe driving records
Good execution and follow through with assigned tasks
Ability to make and adjust travel arrangements as needed
Positive and professional attitude
