We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to initially be responsible for customer support in relation to the Netronix product line for the Environmental Monitoring marketplace. The individual will field calls from our global network of partners and customers and facilitate resolution to their needs.

We count on you to become a part of our success story. This position is a developmental role with the optional path to a senior sales role as a Partner Advisor.

This position will not have direct reports. This individual will initially work from the corporate office of Netronix, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in and complete technical training components until an advanced level of understanding is exhibited for product line and web based solutions.
  • Must be able to execute company specific procedures and policies as well as integrate with company culture.
  • Respond to customer requests in an effective and timely manner.
  • Collect and relay appropriate sales and lead information to the proper individuals.
  • Maintain appropriate Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) input to ensure maximum technical assistance background and sales opportunities are recognized and visible company wide.
  • Maintain positive customer working relationships.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor degree desired. Will consider equivalent education plus experience.
  • High energy, highly creative, self-motivated, and committed to excel in a fast-paced, quickly growing and changing environment.
  • Successful sales experience selling hardware and software or technical products/services.
  • Knowledge of internet based applications and/or IoT.
  • Must be willing to cold call and hunt for new business.
  • History of developing and maintaining solid customer relationships for organic growth.
  • Preferably has worked as part of a team and possess effective collaboration skills to potentially manage a large geography effectively.
  • Must have good time management skills and ability to potentially manage a large geography effectively.
  • Possesses strong planning, organizational and execution skills. Exceptional aptitude for problem solving.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
