Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Sr. Consultant
Location: HYD
Duration: Full time

-This position is responsible for the technical health of our Global ERP and HCM & SF LMS portfolio.SAP application landscape consists of a SAP ECC 6.0 and a Global HCM SAP system integrated with our SAP Success Factors (LMS) Cloud based implementation.-The main purpose of this role is to partner with the onshore SAP Development consultant and assist the functional team to get their SAP and SF LMS Functional activities. -The role should also be willing to do some SAP HCM activities and SF LMS activities. This hands-on role will be involved with Application Analysis and Design, Development, Integration, Maintenance and Support for the delivery of projects and minor/major releases. They will work closely with DOW L4 team.

Job/Skills Requirement:-Responsible for the SAP HCM and SF LMS delivery of DOW on premise Global ERP, HCM SAP systems and the integrations with our SAP Success Factors Cloud based implementation -Ensures that the appropriate technology is used to maintain our SAP HCM systems and all integrations points with other DOW enterprise systems-Involve the technical design and implementation of all ERP, HR and SF LMS projects, enhancements and system support. -To deliver the quality of work and its associated documentation adhering to team and departmental development standards-To provide SAP technical support including analysis, development, testing, tracking and resolution-To demonstrate high level of communication skills (verbal and written) -To ensure current skills are up-to-date through research and practice

Required Candidate profile

Qualified candidates will possess:-Bachelor's degree in a technical related field-Minimum 8 years' experience deploying and supporting SAP ERP, HCM and SF LMS-Minimum 2 full cycle implementations in SAP ERP and HCM-Candidate must be certified in SF LMS and Certificate should be valid.-Good functional and process knowledge of ERP,HCM and/or SF LMS business processes is a big plus -Experience with SAP ERP, HCM and NetWeaver Portal and Process Integration (PI), and CPI (Cloud)-Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance Management & Recruitment is a big plus-Possess a strong track record of engineering leadership with a "hands on" style Important skills include facilitating resolution of design conflicts, partnering effectively with leadership at different levels to gain consensus, creating workable and realistic plans, and ensuring a smooth execution-Be customer focused, seeking constantly to understand, from the customer's point of view, the problems being faced and the solutions that may work best-Knowledge in System Integration and Data Migration experience -Experience implementing, designing and enforcing project management methodology and controls-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
