Corporate Recruiter

PrimePay has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter, which will be primarily responsible for sourcing and attracting top-performing sales professionals in current/forecasted openings across the U.S. 

This is a REMOTE position.

The Corporate Recruiter is also responsible for managing nationwide college recruitment efforts, ensuring hiring managers have been trained on best practices related to interviewing, hiring, and recruiting, and may also assist with recruitment in other areas of the organization as needed (Support Services, IT, Marketing, etc.). 

This position will offer a hybrid schedule of remote/in-office work, and main responsibilities will include:

  • Full life-cycle recruitment including setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Writing, placing, and managing job postings in various media.
  • Coordinating internal job postings.
  • Utilizing online recruiting sources and social media to source and recruit candidates.
  • Providing a consultative recruiting strategy.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to source qualified candidates.
  • Initiating contact with potential candidates for specific job openings.
  • Reviewing applications and interviewing qualified applicants.
  • Providing candidates with information about PrimePay and the position.
  • Ensuring recruitment files are completed in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Coordinating participation in college/career fairs
  • Developing and managing nationwide college recruitment efforts.
  • Developing and conducting training for hiring managers (interviewing/hiring/recruiting).
  • Working with approved external recruiters and employment agencies.

Qualifications: 

  • 2-5 years of proven corporate recruiting experience and/or sales recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills required, including social media networking.
  • Experience with cold calling and proactive sourcing methodologies.
  • Understanding and demonstrated expertise of recruiting principles and best practices.
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal clients and in the external marketplace.
  • Demonstrated experience in behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Experience in a private firm, start-up, or staffing agency helpful.
