The Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our members and guests. They support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily a la carte and private event food production while maintaining consistent food preparation and plate presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains clean and safe work environment
  • Great understanding of various cooking methods , ingredients, equipment and following standardize recipes
  • Country Club experience a plus
  • High level of professionalism and TEAM player

Job Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Cook required
  • Prevoius Country Club experience a plus
  • Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
  • Be able to work in standing position for long periods of time (up 8/10 hours)
  • Availability to be a full-time year round position
