Leads and administers post production requests for quotes containing long lead times, high value and/or lengthy bills of material. Leads activities for economy of purchases. Leads and monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules and projections for significant customers.. Leads the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system. Initiates recommendations for repair sourcing decisions. Oversees the processing and documentation of repair items and warranties. Conducts supplier/customer presentations and program reviews. Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Applies supply chain concepts using technical knowledge of SCOR model practices
  2. Prepares forecasting projections to influence inventory decisions
  3. Prepares and executes request for material requirements
  4. Resolves request for assistance within the Supply Chain value stream
  5. Drives decisions that support internal/external programs, customers and product/order commit dates
  6. Optimizes execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and scheduled demands
  7. Monitor, analyze, identify trends and take action on Key Performance Indicators
  8. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements.
  9. Leads and monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules and projections for significant customers.
  10. Provide Program timely communication, leadership and continuous process improvement.
  11. Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • More than 8 years of experience in supply chain management, Logistics Support, or Materials Management
  • More than 8 years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment is highly desired
  • Experience implementing process and/or strategy improvements and an applied understanding of Lean practices
  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (asset/program management)
  • Communication skills, collaboration, and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
