What do our Colleague Communications (Internal) & Engagement Manager - Transformation. ?

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Colleague Communications (Internal) & Engagement Manager - Transformation. Reporting directly to the Director of Colleague Communications & Engagement, this individual serves as a primary internal communications expert supporting large business transformation and is key to developing a comprehensive stakeholder management plan to support the achievement of transformational business results and effectively delivering internal change communications. This person will partner with Business and HR Leaders to translate visions, goals, and initiatives into tangible and measurable communications that are timely, technically accurate and user focused. The successful candidate will be a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven expertise working on large scale transformation, and engaging and communicating with a wide range of audiences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead transformational internal communications across the organization via multiple communication channels.
  • Create comprehensive stakeholder analyses and plans to support change adoption and sustainment.
  • Collaborate with, and draw on the expertise of, domain specialists across Rentokil North America to connect the right messages with the right audiences.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous priorities (programs, projects, initiatives) as SME or lead.
  • Proficiently use relevant technologies such as Google, intranets, content management systems, video production, graphic design, and social media tools.
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and a balance of wisdom and judgment.
  • Work independently with strategic direction from leadership but minimal operational oversight.
  • Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization, from entry-level staff to senior executives.
  • Maintain current knowledge of new and emerging technologies and social media tools.
  • Create clear, effective plans and communications via multiple channels to support programs, events or initiatives.
  • Create measurement strategies to demonstrate effectiveness of communications deployed and make data-driven decisions.
  • Support creation of an inclusive and collaborative team culture

What do you need?

  • 7+ years of experience in supporting change and delivering effective communications, corporate communications or related.
  • Bachelors in English, HR, communications, or marketing, Masters preferred.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation from Association of Change Management Professionals is a plus.
  • A confident communicator and poised presenter with proven success relating to diverse audiences from Executive to Front Line.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, and professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.
  • Be an intellectually curious self-starter, excited about 'creating' in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills including managing diverse project teams.
