Project Manager - Oracle Apps

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :


- Development and support for Fusion HCM on cloud application.

- Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications

- Responsible for HRMS related IT initiatives

- Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints

- Techno Functional resource who can provide Technical & Functional support to business

- Participate in selecting appropriate processes in software development that are suitable to the project, to ensure quality design and implementation work and lead in the execution and monitoring of these processes.

- Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals.

- Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy and unit test procedures.

- Experience in handling a support project in HCM Fusion.

- Should have techno-functional knowledge of HCM Fusion on cloud.

- Should have working experience on Oracle HCM Fusion.

- Should have a working knowledge of Oracle Recruitment and Oracle Learn.

- Good Communication Skills

- Proven skills and experience in Good companies. Banking & Financial Services Domain experience will be preferred.

Technical Skills :

- HCM Fusion on Cloud (Core HR, Absence, Exit, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Performance Management, Succession Planning)

- Oracle Recruitment, Oracle Learn

- Oracle BI Reporting, HDL, Workflow, Personalization, Security model

- Taleo Connect Client (TCC)

- Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)

- Proven skills and experience in Good companies and in Banking & Financial Services Domain
