People Product Development 1. Develop a People Product that our customers and candidates subscribe to 2. Design and implement the entire Employee Experience charter which includes (but not limited to) Onboarding, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement 3. Design and implement Employee Value Proposition project 4. Design Growth and Learning, Talent Branding initiatives 5. Craft futurist, remote-work friendly, employee-friendly policies 6. Work with the leadership team to ensure client needs are met in areas such as employee development, Talent Success, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
Communication & Collaboration 1. Create Communication Strategy by driving Global Talent Network, #BeLimitless Chats, Podcasts, Webinars, Newsletters 2. Create cadence for regular Check-ins, One-on-Ones with the employees 3. Work towards solving employee concerns. Be a coach and adviser to his/her respective business units, a resource to employees, and a role model to all.
Engagement 1. Conduct employee surveys and design engagement programs to enhance employee morale and productivity 2. Implement Engagement Calendar including (but not limited to) virtual fun games 3. Identify opportunities to build efficient HR processes that help create moments of truth for our employees 4. Conduct regular employee meetings and exit interviews to make appropriate recommendations to the management based on collected data and observations 5. Identifies Learning Needs to address the changing needs of business units, teams and individual employees. Works with management on defining development needs
People Analytics 1. Create insights for the Leadership team on people strategies using the data collected via surveys and interviews 2. Provide regular Dashboards and Reports on the overall health of the organization
Talent Branding 1. Bring Vision, Mission, Principles of Talent500 to life 2. Position Talent500 for the employees as the preferred company of choice

Qualifications 1. Bachelors/Masters degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology. 2. Experience of 8 - 10 years of professional Human Resource generalist experience, 5+ years exclusively in an ?HRBP?capacity 3. Excellent knowledge of compensation, benefits, employee relations, organization development, and training with expertise in at least two of these areas is required.
