To support marketing with customer and campaign reporting, analytics, and insights including focused efforts in analysis and reporting for ecommerce.
1. Creates, monitors, and updates on-going marketing and ecommerce reporting as well as ad hoc analysis utilizing Adobe Analytics, SAS, and other data warehouse applications.
2. Discovers and effectively communicates insights, recommendations, and best practices based on testing, analysis, and modeling to company stakeholders and external partners.
3. Creates, maintains, and utilizes website analytic tagging for websites across different reporting and analytic solutions.
4. Supports ecommerce and marketing business needs with reporting and analysis of customer segments and marketing campaigns through utilizing SAS and SQL to create and maintain effective and efficient processes for data preparation, reporting, and modeling.
5. Applies expertise to enhance multi-touch attribution process through data updates, implementation of new data, and to utilize for measuring sales trends, advertising effectiveness, and path to purchase analysis.
6. Supports ecommerce design team with actionable data on customer pathing, website usability, customer experience, A/B testing, and Key Performance Indicator reporting to monitor website performance and enhance customer experience.
7. Assists internal departments such as Merchandising, Information Technology, and other areas of the company with timely and accurate data to make strategic business decisions.
8. Creates process efficiencies through automation and works closely with management to produce visually engaging presentations of data.
9. Establishes and sustains interactive relationships with external vendors and contacts to result in favorable networks to support the current and future goals of the organization, benchmark practices/results against competition and maximize organizational effectiveness.
10. Keeps supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management. Coordinates and communicates plans and activities with others, as appropriate to ensure a coordinated work effort and team approach.
11. Performs related work as apparent or assigned.

Bachelors degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills including the ability to collect data, interpret reporting, and draw insights.
At least 4 years of experience in marketing or position of similar analytical responsibilities.
At least 2 years of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent web analytics experience required.
At least 2 years of experience in SAS, SQL, or equivalent database analytics experience required.
Experience in Microsoft products preferred including Excel and Power BI.
Ability to prioritize effectively to meet established goals.
Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of customers, employees, and others.
