Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Work with members across the marketing organization to develop and create HTML based-assets for various marketing campaigns including dynamic emails and marketing content pages
  • With other CRM and Marketing, Operations team members assist with technology and infrastructure set up to build out existing and new digital marketing channels
  • Work with other marketing team members to iterate and optimize campaign execution processes
  • Become a critical team member of our digital marketing campaign QA processes, ensuring operational excellence
  • Assist with implementing A/B and multivariate tests across channels and campaigns
  • Align with marketing analytics and channel partners to streamline and ensure tracking
  • Vette and manage marketing technology tool solutions to support the business including product setup and implementation be an in-house SME
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in marketing analytics, computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing, operations, software or web developer function, preferably in a B2C organization
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis with minimal supervision
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Excel Highly motivated self-starter with a go-getter attitude
