KPMG is currently seeking a Seasonal Human Resource Service Center (HRSC) Representative to join our HRSC organization.


  • Responsible for processing employee information into Peoplesoft data entry of employee information including PII Level 3 data
  • Perform quality controls on data entry to ensure employee data received has been processed accurately and timely
  • Prepare documents for scanning and indexing: create document inventory and daily audit of employee information updated in Peoplesoft
  • Daily processing of incoming documents to the HRSC including quality and customer service levels are maintained within applicable service delivery agreements
  • Export documents from ServiceNow to Personnel File
  • ServiceNow case management


  • Minimum one year of recent Human Resource technology experience; preferably from a professional services firm
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft core technologies (Office Suite)
  • Ability to complete work assignments with minimum direct supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle highly confidential information with a strong attention to detail
