On Call Profile Program Coordinator - Call Center

Swedish Medical Center is looking for a On Call Profile Program Coordinator (1.0 FTE, Variable Shift) to work in Call Center at Swedish Shared Services in Seattle, WA.

The position in the Call Center will utilize the Medicall application and work with the different departments and clinics to create an initial On Call Profile. Gathers schedule requirements, assigns access levels to the department and clinic resource for on going on call schedule creation, create on call profile/passwords, set up on call Short List for department and clinics, define instructions, train and review individual resources, pager numbers, carrier types, statuses and ID numbers. The position will be available on going to create new On Call Profiles for Department and clinics as they grow.

In this position you will:

  • Exhibits a continuous commitment to Service Excellence commitments and customer satisfaction. Ensures compliance with Swedish Medical Center policies and procedures and Call Center standards.
  • Responsible for routine provisioning of access (the process of creating, maintaining, and removing user accounts to the application, ensuring the appropriate level of access). Continuously provisions access with few errors, and escalate non-standard requests when necessary.
  • Responsible for maintaining On Call Profiles in system.
  • Follows all support policies, procedures, and guidelines. Understands and is comfortable using the On Call Profile system.
  • Understands all working principles of current application and file permissions.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include :

  • 2 years User account administration or scheduling staff to work.
  • 1 year Account and group administration.
  • Job related experience including responsibility for coordinating complex administrative projects for management and associated professionals in a major organization.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate's Degree From an accredited college.
  • Experience working with the Medicall application.
  • Health care experience.
