How You Can Make a Real Impact:

  • Assist teachers with classroom instruction of special education students
  • Work one-to-one with students on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), enrichment activities, and behavior plans
  • Document incident and progress reports and other paperwork as required
  • Communicate with teachers, clinical staff, students, families, and guardians
  • Encourage family participation in students' education
  • Discuss progress and opportunities to stimulate students' continued growth and development

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program
  • Have completed a minimum of 60 credits in Education, Childhood Development, or related field
  • Have six months of related work experience
  • Have effective teaching, facilitation, and communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
