Provide individual, family, group, and milieu therapy. Perform assessments and case management duties. Represent Agency to referral sources and function as a member of program administration.


  • Provide individual, family therapy and case management to assigned case load within the program
  • Develop and present individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain clinical notes and records that are consistent with RFK, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC)
  • Facilitate treatment team meetings from intake to discharge planning and on a quarterly basis
  • Follow and promote all safety, security, clinical and agency policy and procedures
  • Provide transportation (company or personal vehicle) to students and families
  • Actively participate in the residential milieu and school programming
  • Facilitate dyad and group treatment to campus students according to treatment recommendation and as designated by Clinical Director
  • Attend workshops/training related to professional growth to enhance clinical expertise
  • Perform verbal and physical de-escalation as needed to ensure safety of staff and students in accordance to agency policies/procedures and CPI
  • Complete clinical paperwork in a timely manner
  • Maintain a schedule to accommodate students and families as needed
  • Utilize the on-call system as outline by on-call policies and procedures
  • Implement Trauma Informed Care and ARC (attachment, regulation, and competency) treatment philosophies of the agency


  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Master level education (MSW; M.A., M.S.,M. Ed) must be license eligible.  
  • Residential experience a plus.
  • Valid drivers license required

HOURS:  40 hours, Monday - Friday
