Asset Management & Delivery Coordinator


General Summary:

The Asset Management & delivery coordinator will be responsible for company managed aircraft assets by ensuring continuous airworthiness, overseeing maintenance projects and managing all necessary documentation. Support aircraft technical acceptance and delivery by working with manufacturing, ensuring aircraft are on schedule and ready for customer presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Primary contact for work being performed on company managed assets
  2. Assists internal stakeholders in scheduling aircraft deliveries
  3. Coordinates with Service Center Part 145 Repair Station on allocation of company resources to meet company objectives.
  4. Demonstrates aircraft capabilities to customers during the delivery event
  5. Lead customer interior and exterior quality reviews during delivery.
  6. Completes subscription review with customer ensuring a smooth transition into ownership
  7. Inventories loose equipment and aircraft logs with customers.
  8. Maintains various monthly reporting matrix for company managed assets by tracking cost, quality, turnaround time, for all maintenance activities.
  9. Create trend analysis from matrix to promote continuous improvements and efficient operation.
  10. Track fleet maintenance cost to published departmental budget.
  11. Audit invoicing from completed work packages to verify pricing is accurate and within budget.
  12. Lead and manage pre-buy inspections for incoming assets and work with customer for resolution.
  13. Optimize logistical movements of aircraft between service events at various authorized service facilities


Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:

  1. Bachelor of Science Degree in business, engineering, aviation, or a related field
  2. Four (4) years of aircraft completion related experience, or six (6) years of customer service and or interface.
  3. Two (2) or more year's project management and aviation customer service related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  2. Previous CAMP, or other digital maintenance tracking experience
  3. Previous MRO or 145 repair station experience
  4. Excellent customer services skills.
  5. End to End process and program management skills.   
  6. Familiar with FAA and other Civil Aviation Authority aircraft registration regulations.
  7. Familiarity with trade compliance and import/export requirements.
  8. Attention to detail and the ability to work in fast paced environment
  9. Excellent oral and written communication.
  10. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Lotus Notes).
  11. Able to thrive when given high levels of autonomy and responsibility

Physical Requirements:

  1. Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors
  2. Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties
  3. Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.)
  4. Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties
  5. Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions
  6. Effectively communicate in Business English language
  7. Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties
  8. Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided "reach assistance technology" or "movement assist technology" (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly's, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties
