What You'll Do:

As the Technical Lead for Cookie Compliance, you will be a subject matter expert with dedicated ongoing knowledge of OneTrust and other privacy data technologies. You must become intimately familiar with assigned products and/or specific technology areas. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assist the team in making business/technical decisions.
  • Provide expert input on requirements and solutions, and review project documentation.
  • Support the business, QA efforts, users of the product, and integration efforts regarding specific technical areas, as well as work closely with the vendor to align the platform to the business needs/requirements.
  • Lead and motivate the team and mentor junior staff.

Who you'll work with:

Global Technology Services works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with OneTrust
  • 4+ years of experience leading a team
  • Strong understanding of SDLC process as it relates to cookies and similar technologies
  • Proven ability to define and implement user and functional requirements using Cookie Compliance technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with industry recognized project management methodology
  • Familiarity with industry recognized SAFE and/or Agile methodology
  • Prior experiences in same-level companies: "Big 4"; or expertise in specific industry
