KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Application Support to join our Audit Technology organization.


  • Coordinate and have working relationship with cross functional team for Product Platform upgrade and its support
  • Assist with migration plans as well as provide support in current applications to manage the demands and expectations, team members and projects
  • Work with internal cross functional teams to provide operational support and coordinate with business teams on new or existing issues /requirements
  • Assist in compliance efforts, data governance, access requests/approvals
  • Coordinate changes to the application(s) by following change management process; create Runbooks and develop internal knowledge base


  • Minimum three years of recent experience managing or developing 3 Tier Architecture and Web Based Applications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL, PowerShell scripting and .NET; experience implementing or utilizing DevOps and Agile practices
  • Experience in a technical leadership role or former experience as an operations profession; troubleshooting knowledge -well versed in SQL queries, Windows OS and good networking skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to extract, translate and communicate meaningful information at all levels (200TEC)
  • US Citizenship Required
