Junior Civil/Building Engineer

Working within our Decommissioning, Closure & Rehabilitation team, you will 

  • Support the team working on a diverse range of clients and engineering projects including demolition and building renovation projects, environmental permitting and assessment works related to closure projects
  • Produce design calculations and contribute to the formulation of design concepts and technical specifications
  • Assist in quantity take-off and cost estimating assignments
  • Participate in field programs involving the sampling and analysis of hazardous materials and waste characterization surveys and other environmental assessments related to site closure activities.
  • Deliver and be accountable for technical assignments
  • Assisting with the preparation of tenders and proposals
  • Develop your decision-making, communication and technical skills

  • Building engineering and/or estimating experience is advantageous
