Resource Support Administrator

Our client, a large Utilities company based in Cumbernauld are looking for a Resource Support Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. The nature of the role demands an individual who is self-motivated and is able to work both independently and within a small team that operates across a wide geographical area.

Successful candidate will need to have a full driving licence.Accountability Statements*Proactively manage key data flows between HR and other corporate departments, business departments and the resourcing department. *Maintain supporting documentation on trainee progress, assessments, placement plans and reporting.

*Support the Resourcing team for day-to-day administration task including travel arrangements, management of the shared mailbox, SAP orders and receipting, *Manage the annual resourcing calendar *Support on stakeholder or trainee events and inductions *Support the Workforce Renewal Manager with administrative tasks including reporting, diary management, liaising with business managers *Support any vocational students within the resourcing team Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceCandidate must have Excel experience Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteCapable of communication with all levels of the business in financial, technical and business terms.

Awareness of typical HR policies on code of conduct, disciplinary procedures and other HR processes
