Electrical Maintenance

Staffmark is assisting with recruiting for a Direct Hire Electrical Maintenance opportunity on second shift with an outstanding manufacturer in Troy, OH. We are looking to help add a key member to their maintenance team. Company offers low cost benefits from date of hire, 2 weeks vacation, tuition reimbursement, weekly pay and career growth! You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair and installation of electrical wiring, machine controls, automation/ robotics, and PLC's. Also will repair mechanical components including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive systems. We are seeking candidates that want to start on a new career path with a company that cares!

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician you will perform the following:

  • Maintaining and repairing industrial production equipment
  • Wiring and troubleshooting of electrical systems, controls, and programmable logic controllers
  • Reading and working from blueprints, schematics, and drawings


  • Previous experience in electrical maintenance of production equipment and machinery
  • High School Diploma or GED
