We are seeking a self-driven Temporary Call Center Analyst to join our growing team. As the Call Center Analyst you will be responfor the following:

  • Monitor real time call center schedule adherence
  • Real time queue management
  • Ensure producers are following up on any outstanding service issue
  • Reconciling insurance call center timesheets
  • Pulling/Requesting calls to be downloaded for management review
  • Daily download review/corrections/follow-up with respective agents
  • Download and distribute carrier follow up requests, follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Other tasks as required, non-licensed required


  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Teams, Excel.
