The Financial Accountant will be involved in all core finance functions, including financial management and month-end financial reporting. The FP&A analyst will also be responsible for recording, processing, classifying, and analyzing financial transactions to ensure the company's financial well being. This role will report into the Global Finance team based in China as well as the US operations team.

Client Details

Our client is a rapidly growing start up in the cosmetics space.


  • Full ownership of tracking expenses managing all cross-functional budgets in the US, as well as month-end close processes
  • Responsible for monthly ERP processing, accounting reconciliation, inventory management, and expense categorization
  • Handle accounts receivables and accounts payable duties, including tracking overdue accounts, review and processing of vendor invoices, and managing related internal as well as external communications
  • Help improve and develop existing systems and processes in order to increase efficiency, accuracy, and structures
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and initiatives on an as needed basis


  • MUST be conversatinal in both Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA and/or CMA preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP
  • Self starter with an ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
