Who We Are:

Our team applies physical science and engineering to produce sensors, instruments, and hardware that are used worldwide. We have experience in such technical areas as aerospace, chemical, electrical and mechanical engineering, power engineering, communications systems, mechanical design, and more.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Provide support and maintenance of Division IT systems.
  • This support is critical to maintaining business operations.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Maintain IT systems.
  • Loading and deploying windows desktop computers, deploying windows software from a variety of vendors, working with users to ensure systems work correctly, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Deploy software updates and security patches to computers on the network.
  • Re-imaging of current computer systems, as well as imaging of newly acquired hardware.
  • Troubleshoot desktop and printer hardware and software issues in person and remotely.
  • Assist IT staff with installing Ethernet and fiber optic network cable.


  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Information Technology courses or certifications preferred
  • 0-2 years: providing technical / computer help desk support
  • Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in Windows operating systems with an emphasis on system maintenance and troubleshooting, both in person and/or with remote access
  • Knowledge or an interest in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, all major web browsers, TCP/IP networking, printing and printer maintenance, and IT help-desk support
  • Knowledge or interest with Cisco network systems and alternate operating systems (MAC/UNIX/LINUX)
  • A valid/clear driver's license is required
