Manufacturing Technician

Staffmark in Russellville is searching for the next best Manufacturing Technician for a metal shaft manufacturing facility. Multiple positions are open immediately on 2nd and 3rd shifts. We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals who are interested in training and advancement opportunities. The facility has a desirable environment with a very clean facility and departments that are well-organized. All of these roles are screen-to-hire which means that this is your chance to work with an elite manufacturer.

As a Manufacturing Technician you can expect to:

  • operate CNC lathes, milling machines, drills, and grinders
  • set up fixture or feeding devices and start machines
  • understand blueprints, sketches, drawings, and manual specifications
  • sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances
  • quality check the parts
  • packing for shipping.

Schedules are 8-hour shifts. And all positions train on 1st shift and then move to their respective shift schedule. Like to have extra money? Over-time is abundant which means more jingle in your pocket at the end of the week.

1st Shift: 7:30am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 11:30pm

3rd Shift: 11:30pm - 7:30am

Individuals need to be able to stand and move about the length of their shift as well as lift around 25 lbs from time to time. In addition, you need to have strong attendance, a positive demeanor, listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
