Collections Specialist

Staffmark has an excellent opportunity for seeking self-motivated and experienced Collections Specialist who is ready to join a winning team! Diverse consumer collections experience a plus!.

 Responsibilities:

  • Contact via phone
  • Skip tracing, file management and making manual phone calls.
  • Negotiate payments
  • Enter results in database
  • Achieve minimum collection goal requirements
  • Manage portfolio of accounts

Qualifications:

  • 3rd party collections experience a PLUS
  • Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills
  • Skip tracing skills
