Customer Support Specialist

Associate is responsible for creating tickets, sending the ticket to the correct SSC department, research invoices and relay status information. They can also provide information on processes, answer how-to questions and handle emergency requests appropriately. The Support Desk needs to provide excellent customer service to callers.
